Every parent deserves access to clear, reliable information about special education services. Our mission is to empower parents with insights, tools, and a supportive community—so you can confidently advocate for your child’s needs.

We believe insights on special education services should be accessible to all parents. To make this vision a reality, our platform currently relies on user support. We provide generous credit limits so that the vast majority of users can access our AI tools without any required payment.
To keep the service sustainable and available to everyone, the top 10% of high-volume users (“power users”) may be required to make a small donation for additional monthly credits. Everyone else can use our tools for free. If you need more credits, you can also earn them by completing short surveys or other activities that help us improve the site.
As our platform grows, we may adapt our credit and donation system to meet the needs of our community and ensure long-term sustainability. Any updates will be communicated clearly in advance.
